Is there a way to make my most recent post send trackbacks now?
Other than proceeding with the recipe to fix all of the trackbacks Mircea Popescu published, your best bet is going to be editing the post to change the title, to enable or disable trackbacks/pingbacks, or something else may work. Almost certainly it will take come fiddling.
Going through the linked recipe and selecting only the relevant curl command or commands out of the batch it produces is the most certain answer I can offer.
