Filtering Noise

In a world saturated with information and garbage purporting to be information who can you trust to filter information effectively. Who is truly great at ignoring noise? Behold:

A brown toad hiding in leaves This Guy

I first met this toad in the morning when I went to retrieve the lawn mower from its domicile. He was just chilling even as I started the mower and proceeded to generate incredible amounts of noise by using a brute force algorithm of blade spinning in a circle to make the grass shorter. When I finished and was ready to return the mower this chill dude was just a couple feet over in a way that seemed to suggest he might have been anticipating my returning of the mower to its resting place.

This toad seemed to:

  1. Ignore the tremendous racket I was making with the lawn mower
  2. Anticipate the lawn mower's return and accommodate it.
  3. Grow to be quite a bit larger than fist size while evading predation from other local fauna.

Mad props to you Noise Filtering Toad.

It's still a pleasure to read bb prose. Both well researched and well written...
